iCloud is Apple's cloud storage service. iCloud+ is the subscription plan that provides more storage (200GB, 2TB, 6TB) plus additional features like HomeKit Secure Video support.
Common causes include insufficient storage, outdated iOS, corrupted app data, or software bugs. Try updating iOS, deleting and reinstalling the app, or restarting your device.
The easiest way is to use iCloud: Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → iCloud Backup → Back Up Now. You can also backup to a Mac or PC using Finder (Mac) or iTunes (Windows).
Use Find My iPhone (findmyiphone.com or the Find My app) to locate, lock, or erase your device remotely. You can also put it in Lost Mode to display a message with your phone number.
Go to Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Storage to see what's using space. Delete old backups, large files, or reduce the size of your Photo Library. Consider upgrading to iCloud+ for more storage.
